From the graph, it looks like the solubility of CaCl2 (red line) is about 60 g/100 g H2O at 5ºC. You simply read it off the graph by finding 5ºC on the x-axis and following it up until you hit the red line. That intersection point is right at about 60 and the units on the y-axis are g/100 g H2O.
