As in the previous question you asked, you can use q = mC∆T
q = 525 J
m = ?
C = 4.18 J/g/deg
∆T = 30º (I think it's 30, or maybe it is 3 degrees. I'm going with 30 degrees)
525 J = (m)(4.18 J/g/deg)(30 deg)
525 J = 125.4 J/g (m)
m = 525 J/125.4 J/g
m = 4.19 g
