Note that from 8/9 to -4/3 you multiply the first by -3/2 to get the second.
Let's test if this also applies to the second to the third.
-4/3*(-3/2) = 2 = 2 also applies!
We can assume that each therm is the previous times -3/2.
Therefore the 14th therm is
a14 = a1*(-3/2)13
a14 = (8/9)*(-3/2)13
a14 = 23*(-3)-2*(-3)13*2-13 =2-10*(-3)11
