This can be calculated by knowing the are of a circle.
A = πr2
Since this rotates 90 degrees, that would be 1/4 of a circle.
A = (1/4)πr2
Now plug in the numbers
A = (1/4)(3.14159)(30)2 = 706.86 ft2
