Is the 28 X supposed to be 28 C (as in degrees C)? If so, you have a simple case of using the Combined Gas Law, P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2 where
P1 = 729 torr
V1 = 283 ml
T1 = 28C + 273 = 301K
P2 = 760 torr (Standard)
V2 = ?
T2 = 273K (Standard)
Solving for V2 you have...
V2 = P1V1T2/P2T1
V2 = (729)(283)(273)/(760)(301)
V2 = 246 ml
