From the balanced equation you can see that ONE mole acetic acid reacts with ONE mole NaOH, i.e tge mole ratio is 1:1.
The moles of acetic acid is the same as the moles NaOH which is already given. Perhaps you mean to ask “what is the concentration “? In that case it is moles/liters so for titration #1 you have
