Given

watch the problem then you see this angle ABC includes 2 angles ABD and DBC
so < ABC = <ABD + <DBC
103 = 2x + 17 + x + 5 Now you need to solve this equation
103 = 3x + 22 both side minus 22
81 = 3x both side divided by 3
27 = x
now you can find the angles ABD and DBC by replacing x=27
it means <ABD = 2(27) +17 = 71 degree AND <DBC = 27 + 5 = 32 degree
add of them = 71 + 32 = 103 that it was given angle
