It isn't A because you don't need to measure the volume (unless you know the density and can then find mass)
It normally would be B, BUT when there is a phase change, you do NOT need to measure change in temp.
It isn't C because you do not need to measure the time to heat
It isn't D because you do not need to measure time to heat
PS. I think this is a poorly written question and is somewhat ambiguous. Further, are we looking for what we need to "measure", or what we need to "know"?
