Tom has x+38

x+38 = 3(x-10)

x+38 = 3x - 30

38 = 2x - 30

68 = 2x

x = 34

Henry has 34

Tom has 72

After Henry loses 10 marbles, he as 24 marbles, and 24*3 =72
