If Ms. Brown is making a square with her fence and wants the length of one side to be 7 yards, then by definition of a square, the Width of the square will be 7 yards as well.
The perimeter of a rectangle or square can be calculated by:
2L + 2W = P
2(7) + 2(7) = 28 yards
