Triangle QRS is equilateral. QR=4x,RS=2x+1 and SQ÷6x-1. Find x and the measures of each side.

It's for geometry and I really need to know what this is cause it's really important. So can I plz get the right answer.

With an equilateral triangle, all sides are equal. So 4x = 2x + 1 for example; subtract 2x from both sides to get x = 1/2. Check with the third side: 6 times (1/2) - 1 = 2, 4x =2, and 2x + 1 =2, the measure of each of the sides.

4x-2x=1

2x=1

x= 1/2

QR=4x = 4(1/2) = 2

QR=RS=SQ=2

It's an equilateral triangle, which means all sides are equal. Just set QR=RS

4x=2x+1 subtract 2x from each side

2x=1 divide by 2

x=1/2

QR=4x=4(1/2) =2

RS=2x+1=2(1/2)+1=1+1=2

SQ=6x-1=6(1/2)-1=3-1=2
