- Create a rectangle the size that you want your table (if you have specific dimensions select the rectangle tool on your toolbar and click on your artboard and enter your desired dimensions).
- Now that you have your rectangle select it and go to Object drop-down menu and hover over path and then select split into Grid
- In the Grid menu that pops up enter the number of Columns and Rows you need. Enter 0px into the Gutterbox (By adding a number in the Gutterbox it will add spaces between your grid lines)
- Now that your table is created set your desired fill and stroke color
