The standard form for the equation of a circle with radius r , center at (h, k) is given as (x - h)2 + (y - k)2 = r2.
Since the origin is given as the center,
h and k are both equal to zero. x-0=x, y-0=y.
The resulting equation:
x2 + y2 = 22
