"reflected over the x axis" means that the x coordinates are the same magnitude, but with the opposite sign. So, if a point was (-4,6), the new point would be (4,6)
The y values will not be affected
"reflected over the y axis" is the same thing, except that the y values are now affected, and the x values stay the same.
