Let's say a store sells apples for $3 per pound. If you buy four pounds, how much do you pay the store? Of course, the cost per pound x the number of pounds. This is true for all revenue problems.
In your case if you pay $1090 per computer and you buy x computers, then the revenue to the seller is 1090x.
With the drive, you'd pay 107y. The sum of these is the total revenue.
