For example, if f'(x) = 2x + 1 and f(0) = 6, then you could find f by taking the antiderivative of f' to get
f(x) = x2 + x + C
and using the condition f(0) = 6 to determine that C = 6, and therefore f(x) = x2 + x + 6.
Use the same process twice for your problem since you are given f''(x).
