Find the angle between 0 and 2pie in radians that is coterminal to the given angle.

In general, when finding a coterminal angle within a certain range, you add or subtract 360° if you're using degrees, and add or subtract 2π if you're using radians. You repeat the process as many times as necessary until you are within the desired range.
In this case, if you're trying to get it between 0 and 2π, the angles are probably either above 2π or less than 0 to start. So you subtract 2π if the angle is too large, and add 2π if the angle is too small.
