Is fluoxetine hydrochloride an ionic or covalent bond?

I tried to figure it out myself but it wasn't adding up, need it for tomorrow in class.

Incidentally, other acids are sometimes used to stabilize amine drugs -- succinate comes immediately to mind. A very weak acid (octyl sulfosuccinate, for example) can combine with a very weak base to make an only-slowly-dissolving complex, that's sometimes used to control the release of a drug.

The succinate salt is usually less hygroscopic than the HCl salt, which may make it easier to handle.
