Is this what you meant?
y = 7 / (x - 3/x2 )
Simplify by multiplying top and bottom by x2 :
7x2 / (x3 - 3)
For x = 0, this is 0 / -3 = 0
Or, did you mean this?
y = (7/(x-3) ) / x2
y = 7 / (x3 - 3x2)
This becomes undefined at x = 0. If x = +1/2, we have 7/(1/8 - 3/4), which is negative. Therefore, as x--->0 from the right, the limit is -∞
