For the quadrilateral to be reflected across the x-axis you are moving it vertically. The vertical change is the y value.
Your x-values will not change as it is only a reflection across a horizontal line. Your y-values will change in your ordered pairs by becoming their opposites
A'(-2,0) Doesnt change because it is on the x-axis)
B' (0,-4)
C' (4,-6)
D'(2,-2)
Notice only the y values changed for a reflection across the x-axis because you are moving vertically.
