C = 4A B<A and B<C
A can only be 1 or 2 because if it is 3 or greater, 4A is 2 digits otherwise.
A can't be 0 because 4A = 0 yielding B is not < A.
Then A has to be 1 and c = 4, with B<A, B = 0.
So the number is 104.
