Can heat be considered a force

Assume an ideal gas molecule being subjected to heat from the sun, it experiences a change in momentum, can we assume that the force supplying this form of energy is heat?

No. Heat is a form of energy. It is not a force. Any change in momentum is due to heat being absorbed by the gas, which increases its kinetic energy, and hence the temperature of the gas. But the heat is not an applied force as in Newton's 2nd law.
