Help me to set this equation up

Assume you have a 100g sample, you can change the % symbols to grams.

what is the empirical formula of a compound with the following composition:

44.33% oxygen

41.17% chromium

14,50% manganese

empirical formula?

Is it really ok to round 10.49 moles of C to 10.0? I didn't think so, and so thought the problem was presented incorrectly because based on the percentages given, no reasonable compound could exist. And I do appreciate your attempt at naming, but as an ionic compound, not sure that name could apply. I'm at a loss.
