First of all, since these fractions have the same denominator you need to find equivalent fractions with a LARGER denominator (therefore smaller pieces). From there finding a fraction between will be easier.
Ex: 3/5 = 6/10 and 4/5 = 8/10 (Always do the same on top AND bottom to keep equivalent)
Once you do this, it is clear 7/10 will work.
Just remember there are other solutions! (like multiplying by 5/5) ;-)
3/5= 15/25 4/5= 20/25
Another strategy to attack this kind of item would be to examine the fractions on a number line. Then you will have a fairly quick visual of what lies between. Ex: what's between 3/5 (=9/15) and 7/15 ?
l-----l-----l-----l-----l-----l-----l-----o-----l-----o-----l-----l-----l-----l-----l-----l
7/15 3/5 1
Happy fractioning! :-)
