I attached a video above, but the basic idea here is to:
1) Start with drawing cyclohexane
2) Number the carbons
3) From the name, put one (1-ethyl) ethyl group on carbon 1. In this name, 1 indicates the carbon you're putting the ethyl on.
4) Put two methyl groups (2,2-dimethyl) on carbon 2. In this part of the name, 2,2 indicates that both methyls are going on carbon 2, and dimethyl means to put two methyls there.
