You don't really need to use PV = nRT although you can. Here are TWO ways to solve this.
(1) At STP, 1 mole of an ideal gas = 22.4 liters
0.350 moles x 22.4 L/mole = 7.84 liters
(2) PV = nRT and at STP we set P = 1 atm and T = 273 degrees K
Solving for V:
V = nRT/P = (0.350 mol)(0.0821 Latm/Kmol)(273) / 1 atm = 7.84 liters
