Cycling word problem

as much as I try I can not find any equation that would give me the correct answer to this problem.

"a cyclist leaves his training base for a morning workout at the rate of 18 mph. One hour later, his support staff leaves the base in a car going 45 mph in the same direction. How long will it take the support staff to catch up to the cyclist?"

Thank you Philip for stating this so succinctly--as always!

One clarification: the 18/27 gives you 2/3 of an hour, but remember to add that on to the hour that has already passed. Depending on how you interpret the question, it either takes 2/3 of an hour from when the car starts, or an hour and 2/3 from when the biker starts.
