You don't really say this, but I'm assuming this is a graph of how the number of art lessons relate to the stress levels of the participants. If so, yes, answer A would be correct. A negative correlation constant means a negative slope on the "best fit" line like this:

Please note that the fact that the value (0.75) is not super close to 1 means that the "best fit" line is "ok" but doesn't do a great job of predicting the values of the data points.
