Looking at the balanced equation for the neutralization of HCl and NaOH...
HCl + NaOH ==> NaCl + H2O
Since the ∆H for 1 mole HCl = -58 kJ/mole, it will be the same for 1 mole of NaOH because in the balanced equation, 1 mole HCl = 1 mole NaOH.
Answer would be -58 kJ/mole NaOH.
