Making a "free body diagram" and assuming the force of pulling is FP we get:
At least, that's what it sounds like.
So we can say that tan(35°) = FPY/250 or FPY = 250tan(35°) = 175.05 N and FP = √(2502 + 175.052) = 305.19 N
