Finding the height using angles

Question

What is the height of a right triangle when the hypotenuse is 1 and the angle is 2.11 degrees? How does the math work using the cosine of the angle?

I am hitting a blank and none of my math is working out and I'm not sure where I am going wrong. I have not done trigonometry in a long while.

First of all, are you sure that 2.11 is an angle in degrees? It looks and sounds a lot more like radians. So you will need your calculator in radians mode (not degrees) or you will need to convert 2.11 radians to degrees.

cos θ = adjacent / hypotenuse

cos 2.11 = adjacent / 1

0.99321983 = adjacent
