Molality is moles of solute per kg of solvent
moles of solute = 3.25 moles
kg of solvent = 250 ml x1g/ml = 250 g = 0.250 kg (assuming a density of 1g/ml for water)
molality = 3.25 moles / 0.250 kg = 13 m
