Be sure to use correct units on both sides of the equation.
V1C1 =V2C2
V1 = 569 ml
C1 = ?
V2 = 1.11 L x 1000 ml/L = 1110 mls (note to change to mls to be consistent with V1)
C2 =6.00 M
(569 ml)(C1) = (1110 ml)(6.00 M)
C1 = (1110 ml)(6.00 M) / 569 ml
C1 = 11.7 M (note the units of C1 are the same as for C2, i.e. M)
