V1 = 0.860 L = 860 mls
C1 = 42.0%
V2 = ? in mls
C2 = 23.4%
(860 ml)(42.0%) = (V2)(23.4%)
V2 = (860 ml)(42.0%)/(23.4%)
V2 = 1544 mls final volume
