asked 10/15/19Find the height of the flagpole or BA
A person is trying to find the height of a flagpole or AB. This person is 1.5 m tall and is standing at DC. A mirror is placed at point M. This mirror is 6 m away from the person and 120m away from the flagpole. Angles BMA and DMC are congruent. Find the height of the flagpole or BA.

Mark is correct, but I am going to make the following assumptions:
A is the top of the flagpole and B the foot.
D is the head of the observer and C the foot.
M is between B and C.
With these assumptions angle DMC=arctan 1.5/6=1/4
height of flagpole/120=tan angle AMB=tan angle DMC
height of AB = 120*1/4=30 m
