This looks like a math question, but often in a Chemistry course they will ask such a question to see if you can effectively use "dimensional analysis". The following is the dimensional analysis set up:

13.0 min x 1 hr/60 min x 804. km/hr = km

d=rt distance = rate of speed times time traveled.

d=804 km/hr x 13/60 hrs (you need to convert 13 minutes into its equivalent fraction of an hour. You could alternatively convert 804 km/hr to its equivalent number of km/minute, but that's more complicated)
