Graph them, and it's fairly clear they are the same triangle with the 2nd triangle as the first just shifted to the right by 2.
Each is a right triangle, with two sides = square root of two and hypotenuse = 2
Both are the same area, same length of sides, same angles.
Just draw the first triangle, then move it to the right by 2 and you have the 2nd triangle.
The coordinate of the y values are all the same for both triangles. The x coordinates are 2 greater for the 2nd triangle.
