Hi Matt,

 

What you have posted I believe has a typo.  Since it is a race car and they usually move a we tad faster than a fast walk (8km/hr), I assume you meant to say that the car travels 8km in 0.03 hrs

 

Based on my assumption, the speed S is :

 

S = Distance / Time = 8 km / 0.03 hr = 267 km/hr
