When rotating a shape 90 degrees clockwise, (x, y) > (y, -x).
When reflecting the image over the y-axis, (x, y) > (-x, y).
Performing those two transformations would be equivalent to reflecting a shape over the y = -x line, where
(x, y) > (-y, -x).
For example: (2,1) > (1, -2) > (-1, -2) after is is rotated 90 degrees cw and reflected over the y-axis.
(2, 1) > (-1, -2) after it is reflected across the y = -x line.
