HCl + NaOH == NaCl + H2O ... balanced equation
Since the HCl and NaOH react in a 1:1 molar ratio, it is easy to use V1M1 = V2M2, but caution should be used if the molar ratio is not 1:1 in future problems.
V1 = x ml
M1 = 0.132 M
V2 = 10.00 ml
M2 = 0.200 M
(x ml)(0.132 M) = (10.00 ml)(0.200 M)
x = 15.15 mls = 15.2 mls (rounded to 3 significant figures)
