Fe(ClO4)2(aq)+ Na2C2O4(aq) ===> FeC2O4(s) + 2NaClO4(aq) ... molecular equation
Fe2+(aq) + C2O42-(aq) ===> FeC2O4(s) ... net ionic equation (see below)
The way to find the net ionic is to write the complete ionic equation:
Fe2+(aq) + 2ClO4-(aq) + 2Na+(aq) + C2O42-(aq) ==> FeC2O4(s) + 2Na+(aq) + 2ClO4-(aq)
And now remove spectator ions which are 2Na+(aq) and 2ClO4-(aq), leaving you with
Fe2+(aq) + C2O42-(aq) ===> FeC2O4(s) ... net ionic
