For graphing a line in general, I prefer to use the point-slope equation, because I have practiced it more and it makes the most sense to me. When given a pair of coordinates and the slope, it is easy to plug it immediately into the equation. When given two coordinates, it is easier for me to solve for the slope and plug that in with a single coordinate into the point-slope equation than it is to plug it all in the slope-intercept equation and then still have to solve for B. If you have practiced and are more familiar with the slope-intercept equation, then that could be faster for you.
