UV IS 12x-1 and we know that x=3 so we have to substitute that in and TU is 8x+11 so what is UV?

It appears that some of this question is missing.

If UV = 12x -1 and x = 3, then UV = 12(3) - 1 = 36-1 = 35

IF TU is part of the problem, we need more information.
