     Since want to find the height (H) above the ground, sin(43°) = H/T => H = T * sin(43°)

                                                                                                       = 200 * sin(43°) ≈ 136.4 m

Then,  sin43º = h/200.  So, h = 200sin43º ≈ 136.4m.
