Take the mass of the cylinder (I assume it's given to you in the problem) and add 2.00 to it (in units of grams). This assumes a density of 1.00 g/ml for water. The number of digits after the decimal point will depend on how many digits are given for the mass of the cylinder. If 1, then answer will be 1. Otherwise, it will be no more than 2, as limited by the number following the decimal in 2.00.
