Point-slope form looks like: y – y1 = m(x – x1)
y - 5 = 1(x - 3) [you may omit the 1]
Standard Form looks like : Ax + By = C
slope 1 = (-A/B)
use point (3,5) to find C
x - y = -2
Slope-intercept form looks like: y = mx + b
y = 1x + 2 [you may omit the 1 and just say y=x+2 ]
CAUTION: Since the problem asked for specific forms of the equation. you should resist the tendency to continue changing it [note: often, to slope-intercept form, y=mx+b ].
