A = 1 and 1/2 B = 3 and 1/5 C = 4 and 1/2
A*B = (1 and 1/2) * ( 3 and 1/5) = 3/2 * 16/5 = 48/10 = 24/5 = 4 and 4/5 which is NOT equal to C= 4 and 1/2

IF the statement were true, then
A is equivalent because division is the opposite of multiplication. Specifically,
A * B = C ----> C/B = A, when dividing both sides by B
A*B = C is given then A/C* B = 1 when dividing both sides by C, so B is false
C and D cannot possibly be the same statements, so they are both false...
