Should I choose Computer Science or Data Science ?

I got Maters admission in Computer Science and Data Science in a well reputed university in Pakistan. I am a little bit confuse that what should I choose. Should I choose Computer Science or Data Science. My long term plan is to do PHD and peruse as a Teacher.

That depends entirely on what you want to teach. Computer Science would be a more general choice, and you would be teaching software engineering or computer theory or general programming classes. Data Science would specifically be with data analysis or databases and would be a more concentrated study compared to computer science. If you enjoy studying data or machine learning or data mining etc, then choose the Data Science program. Otherwise, choose the CS program. Consider what you want for your PhD, then make your decision.
