The general equation would be Force (F) = mrw² where m = mass, r = radius, & w = angular velocity

The force = 18 Newtons

radius = 5 meters

angular velocity is unknown So 18N = (5 meters)(10 kg)w2

Then

w² = 18/(10)(5) = .36 or w = .6 radians/sec

Along the path, the velocity is

v= rw = (5)(.6) = 3 m/sec
