Public speakers: what is a life benefit that you have that others don't know about?

You don't dread the thing most others do. So often professionally and personally you're going to be put on the spot, whether it's to give an actual presentation or a toast at a party. Both instances are usually enjoyable for public speakers. They've figured out how to make it enjoyable anyway. Better yet, they seek out the public speaking opportunities. So it's a life benefit, in that when public speakers are put on the spot to speak, they're ready and willing!

I started working at age 10. Missed out on much of my childhood (had to give half of what I earned to my father) but it taught a great deal about people, humanity. So , to this very day I always over tip, because I remember so vividly being on the other end! Arthur M.
